TML Radio: Sabbath Sessions "The Brasil Tapes"
This Sunday Mizo & I deliver a special treat for your ears. Our Sunday sessions are typically a grab bag mix of sounds recently in our ears with no real theme beyond what we are enjoying. Out of making our Sunday mixes we set out to start making more focused mixes - initially these were only going to be available on CD but after some thought we decided that was silly and we needed to grace the internet with what we cooked up. So here is the first volume of what we aim to be a monthly focused mix. For the first go round we dug through our crates and unearthed an assortment of sounds from Brasil. Wether you are familiar with the country's musical output or not, give this a spin an be transported to a land where any and all sounds exist. From the funky to the folky, electronic to the acoustic, jazzy to clubby. Also of note is that we did still do the CD thing with this mix. If you have been following us and want a physical copy holler at us. Each CD comes with original art from Mizo & I!
